“NürnbergMesse has offered me excellent opportunities for development and advancement right from the start. Starting as a dual student, I then took on a wide variety of tasks and projects for BIOFACH, the world's leading trade fair for organic food, which I am now responsible for as Event Director. There are also many exciting cross-project opportunities to network with colleagues and work together. So there's never a lack of togetherness away from daily business.”
Dominik Dietz, Event Director BIOFACH

“From the fast and appreciative recruitment process to the well thought-out, cross-divisional onboarding and the personal support from my mentor in the first few weeks, the start was characterized by real team spirit, open exchange and warm encounters – whether at lunch in the casino or in professional dialogue. What particularly inspires me: I can continuously develop myself, take responsibility for my own projects and feel that my contribution is not only seen, but also appreciated. FAQs Professionals

You will usually receive initial feedback from us within 2 to 3 weeks.
Please note that it may take a little longer during vacation or vacation periods.
Even then, we will do our best to get back to you shortly about the status of your application!

Step 1 - Confirmation of receipt

As soon as you have successfully applied online, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us by e-mail.

Step 2 - MS Teams call

If your profile sounds interesting to us, the first meeting will always take place via MS Teams. You will receive an invitation either by phone or email.

The interview lasts between 30 and 60 minutes. During the interview, you will get to know your executive manager and one of our HR colleagues.

Step 3 - Feedback

After the MS Teams call, you will of course receive feedback from us as to whether we can imagine a match with you. You will usually receive feedback by e-mail or telephone.

Step 4 - Specialist interview/ personal meeting

If the feedback from both sides is positive, we want to get to know you personally, because - trade fair business is people's business. It is important to us that we also match with each other in the real world.

We would like to delve deeper into the job-relevant topics. This gives you the chance to get to know other colleagues and your future working environment.

** for specialists (60 to 90 minutes)

** for senior managers (120 minutes)

For this career level you can also expect use cases, some of which you can prepare for in advance. You will receive further information during our first meeting via MS Teams.

** Head of department (m/f/d) (60 to 90 minutes + selection day)

Before we start with a selection day and delve into job-relevant topics, we also want to give you the chance to get to know us personally and, above all, your future team. If both sides still give us the thumbs up, we will start a selection day (assessment) for leadership positions.

Step 5 - Feedback & decision

After the personal meeting/specialist interview/selection day, you will receive feedback again; then on the final decision.

If this decision is also positive on both sides - Welcome to NürnbergMesse! :-)
