Silver medal for NürnbergMesse in terms of digitalisation: A study by the rating and ranking agency ServiceValue GmbH resulted in a strong second place for NürnbergMesse in the ‘Exhibition Venues’ category of the ‘Digital Champions’ test in Germany. This excellent result confirms NürnbergMesse's success in developing smart services for its customers and digitalising the customer journey: ‘Second place is a great recognition for us and at the same time an incentive to continue on our path and actively shape the digital transformation not only of NürnbergMesse, but also of our industry,’ said Dr Martin Kassubek, Senior Vice President of Business Development at NürnbergMesse Group.

The underlying data collection, which was compiled by ServiceValue GmbH on behalf of Deutschland Test and Focus Money, covers around 16,500 companies and evaluated data from social media monitoring and a questionnaire.

Digital excellence is a key success factor in the field of exhibition venues. NürnbergMesse develops solutions in areas ranging from intelligent visitor management, digital platforms and data-driven services for exhibitors and organisers.

First place for the city of Nuremberg
In the public service sector, the city of Nuremberg was named industry winner for its consistent digitalisation strategy.
