Seven trainees have successfully completed the NürnbergMesse trainee program. For two years, they passed through various departments and were able to get to know NürnbergMesse with all its facets. Together they look back once again.

Seven trainees are currently working at NürnbergMesse. They are new to the company, like Kathrin Schierl in the HR department, and William Baumeister has been in Controlling for six months. In this interview, they look back on their first months and reveal their expectations of the NürnbergMesse trainee program.

Rebecca Renn is Exhibition Director at NürnbergMesse. Shortly before "her" exhibition, IWA OutdoorClassics, she talks about the emotional roller coaster ride of the last two years, the challenges as a leader in the crisis and the great longing of exhibitors and visitors for personal encounters.

Shortly before the restart of the exhibition, 15 new apprentices and dual students started at NürnbergMesse. In the interview, they talk about how their start in professional life was and why they see the restart as a huge opportunity.

"Jump" is the name of the program with which NürnbergMesse has been aiming to establish more female managers in the company since 2016.
